Our team includes TRX (Total Body Resistance Training) trainers that provide the TRX suspension training needed to take full advantage of this exciting way of exercising. TRX is a complete system of strength and resistance training that’s carried out using a suspension system.

Ideal for enhancing almost every aspect of physical fitness, we have the TRX equipment and Free Standing Rigs in addition to staff expertise to help you get the most from your workout.
